Your Role

As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and colleagues to attract and secure top talent in the Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers and consultants to understand role specifications and recruitment needs.
  2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  3. Identify and engage top talent via job boards, social media, and networking events.
  4. Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for suitability.
  5. Manage candidate relationships and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  6. Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams.
  7. Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS system and ensure compliance.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  9. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  10. Work towards KPIs and quarterly targets, earning commission on successful placements.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Recruitment experience in the Financial Services sector.
  2. A collaborative, motivated, and results-driven personality.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Market knowledge and the ability to analyse trends.
  5. Experience with recruitment software, CRM/ATS systems, and Boolean search techniques.
  6. Understanding of recruitment compliance and GDPR regulations.
  7. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
