Recruitment Coordinator (Interview Arrangement/Banking Industry) #JYS
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for roles across different banking departments
  • Manage and post job openings on both internal platforms and industry-specific portals
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth arrangements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and supported throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documents for successful hires
  • Keep recruitment records up to date in the applicant tracking system or HR system
  • Monitor and manage job ads across social media, banking job boards, and the careers page
  • Ensure all recruitment activities follow banking regulations, labor laws, and company policies
  • Verify candidate qualifications and certifications in line with industry standards
  • Handle sensitive candidate and company information with confidentiality and care

Requirements:

  • Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource or Business or other related courses with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
