Recruitment Coordinator (Interview Arrangement/Banking Industry) #JYS
- Support end-to-end recruitment for roles across different banking departments
- Manage and post job openings on both internal platforms and industry-specific portals
- Schedule interviews and coordinate closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth arrangements
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and supported throughout the hiring process
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documents for successful hires
- Keep recruitment records up to date in the applicant tracking system or HR system
- Monitor and manage job ads across social media, banking job boards, and the careers page
- Ensure all recruitment activities follow banking regulations, labor laws, and company policies
- Verify candidate qualifications and certifications in line with industry standards
- Handle sensitive candidate and company information with confidentiality and care
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource or Business or other related courses with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
