About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Recruitment team at RGP Consultancy as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this full-time, office-based role in the Central Region, you will play a key administrative and support role in the overall recruitment process, helping to attract and onboard high-calibre candidates for a range of positions across the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job advertisements to coordinating interviews and onboarding successful candidates

  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure job descriptions accurately reflect the skills and experience needed

  • Source and screen applicants, conducting initial telephone interviews and assessments

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and candidate assessments

  • Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on the status of open requisitions

  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience

  • Support the wider HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordinator role, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficient in the use of HR and applicant tracking systems

  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

  • Diploma or Degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience
