About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Recruitment team at RGP Consultancy as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this full-time, office-based role in the Central Region, you will play a key administrative and support role in the overall recruitment process, helping to attract and onboard high-calibre candidates for a range of positions across the company.
What you'll be doing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job advertisements to coordinating interviews and onboarding successful candidates
Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure job descriptions accurately reflect the skills and experience needed
Source and screen applicants, conducting initial telephone interviews and assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews and candidate assessments
Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on the status of open requisitions
Assist with the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Support the wider HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordinator role, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in the use of HR and applicant tracking systems
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Diploma or Degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience
