What You’ll Be Doing:

• Unearth top talent through deep-dive market research, strategic profiling, and engaging interviews
• Be the connector – schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients
• Use your charm and confidence to cold call, build talent pipelines, and map out client organisation structures
• Conduct targeted headhunting and market mapping to support niche search assignments for our clients
