We’re Hiring: Recruitment Consultant

Location: 5 minutes walk from Chinatown MRT station

Full-Time (8AM — 5PM / 9AM — 6PM / 10AM — 7PM / 11AM — 8PM)

Are you passionate about helping clients to find the right support at home? Do you enjoy matching people to meaningful roles and creating lasting impact? We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from screening candidates to coordinating interviews with clients, ensuring the right fit for both parties while delivering a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview domestic helper candidates (local and overseas)
  • Match candidates to suitable households based on client requirements
  • Guide employers through the selection and onboarding process
  • Manage documentation, work pass applications, and agency processes
  • Maintain strong communication with both clients and applicants throughout the placement
  • Work closely with training teams to prepare applicants before deployment
  • Support walk-in enquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain updated records

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or employment agencies is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic admin tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
  • A passion for helping people and building trusted relationships
