What You’ll Do
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client job requirements.

  • Advise candidates on interview preparation and career development.

  • Develop and manage strong client relationships to support hiring needs.

  • Work collaboratively to help the team meet shared sales and delivery goals.

  • Develop new recruitment business (only for 360 roles)
