Le poste implique l'identification de nouvelles occasion d'affaires, le recrutement de candidats et le maintien de relations avec les clients. Ils offrent des commissions illimitées, des formations pour les débutants, et un bon équilibre travail-vie personnelle avec un emploi du temps de 5 jours, du lundi au vendredi.

Job Description :

• Identifying new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients and industries

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends and potential clients.

• Generate leads and prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks

• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications

• Negotiate offers and provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process

• Handle full recruitment cycle

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Attained CEI certification as required by MOM

• Sales driven and possess strong interest in recruitment industry

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
