Job Description:
Handle 360 Cycle Recruitment
Develop business and bring in new clients for the company.
Understand well the requirements of the clients for the job position and match suitable candidates to fulfill the client’s needs
Perform interviews and selection process to recommend potential candidates’ profiles to prospective companies.
Assist to arrange and coordinate interviews
Align with the company’s growth plan and meet monthly sales targets
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Any Field
Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude
Ability to multi-task
Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis
A team player who can work independently
