• Perform interviews and selection process to recommend potential candidates’ profiles to prospective companies.
• Assist to arrange and coordinate interviews.
• Align with the company’s growth plan and meet monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field.
• Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis.
• A team player who can work independently.
