• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
• Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients.
• Understand clients’ business needs and support them in their recruitment needs.
• Proactively source suitable talents via different platforms.
• Screen resumes, shortlist, interview, and select the right candidates.

Requirements

• Flexible, willing to learn and improve, self-driven, and possess a positive work attitude.
• No relevant working experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to converse professionally with both clients and candidates.
