About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Drake, you’ll be at the heart of connecting exceptional talent with leading businesses across Singapore. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in growing our brand and impact in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, client management, placement)
2. Building and nurturing client and candidate relationships
3. Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth
4. Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
5. Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in our database

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related sales role
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
4. Ability to work independently and within a team
5. Experience in a specific industry vertical (e.g., finance, tech, healthcare) is a plus
