Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Meeting assigned sales target

• Ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.

• Posting of job advertisements on job portals, print media and social media

• Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Zoom)

• Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks

• Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.

Account Management

• Maintain regularly close contact with our clients and build strong relationships

• Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients.

• Work closely with clients in the coordination of workforce planning

• Proactive in partnering with clients, peers, and job seekers

Requirements:
