As a potential team leader in our expansionary programme, you will be charged with engaging new and existing clients, partnering them to shape their staffing strategy, developing recommendations to close deals, along with ensuring delivery with a dynamic team of recruitment consultants.

To be successful, you should have recruitment experience, and be passionate about driving sales strategy and achieving targets. As the leader of a team, you need strong leadership capability to develop your team’s strengths, and motivate them to achieve and exceed targets every quarter.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a team of recruitment consultants in achieving team goals and sales targets
2. Develop new business relationships and provide a high level of customer service to existing clientele
3. Mentor and motivate a team of consultants
4. Maintain orderly day-to-day operations in line with company protocol
5. Keep abreast of market trends and provide insights to clients
6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a team of consultants

Job Requirements:

1. Recognized Degree in any discipline
2. Proven track record of success in recruitment sales is a must
3. Leadership capability in motivating the team to achieve sales targets
4. Good exposure in Recruitment Industry of at least 2-3 years
5. Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus (Open to any specialization)
6. Ability to plan and strategize
7. Strong motivator and results driven
