Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and on boarding support.

· Source and attract candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process for potential business growth.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

· Meeting sales targets as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

· Preferred to have CEI Certification (Basic). The shortlisted candidate is expected to take the certification before/within joining).

· Proven 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Results-driven mind-set with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.

· Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
