Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm
Location: Lorong Chuan
Salary: Up to $3,000 (Basic)

Your Role Includes:
Develop smart hiring strategies to attract top talent
Source candidates via job boards, social media & referrals
Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate pre-employment tests & background checks
Oversee a smooth onboarding process
Work closely with department heads on manpower needs
Ensure compliance with labor laws & policies
️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:
Min. Local Polytechnic Diploma (any field)
At least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized & driven personality
