A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced recruiter to source and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and develop business opportunities. Ideal candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, and prior sales experience is preferred. Training will be provided for those new to recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Source and interview candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires.
Develop new business opportunities by cold calls and engaging with new clients.
Requirements:
Diploma/degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior sales experience preferred. (Recruitment training will be provided)
