This position requires at least one year of experience in foreign worker recruitment, strong sales acumen, and the ability to negotiate recruitment agreements. This is a 360 recruitment role where you will manage the entire recruitment cycle — from business development to candidate delivery — for foreign workers placements across various industries (Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Construction). You will be recruiting foreign workers (blue & white collars) from Regional Asia such as Malaysia, Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, China, Myanmar, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and more.
