JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Talent Scout – Source, screen, and identify top talent to meet client hiring needs
  • Client Partner – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment goals
  • Job Matchmaker – Match candidates with roles that align with their skills and aspirations
  • Interview Coordinator – Arrange and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Market Analyst – Stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with valuable insights
  • Candidate Advisor – Offer guidance to candidates on resumes, interviews, and career opportunities
  • Negotiation Pro – Manage offer processes, including salary discussions and employment terms
  • Database Manager – Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients in the recruitment system
  • Sales Driver – Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio
  • Brand Ambassador – Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions
