Salary: Basic + Commissions + Team Sharing Incentive
Location: Central

Job Scope:

  1. Talent Scouting: Dive headfirst into the talent pool! Utilize various platforms and strategies to identify potential candidates who possess the skills and qualities our clients are seeking.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Be the bridge between candidates and opportunities. Engage with potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and networking events, building strong relationships and guiding them through the recruitment process with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  3. Client Collaboration: Partner with our esteemed clients to understand their staffing requirements and company culture. Collaborate closely to develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet their unique needs and drive business success.
  4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
  5. Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve! Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging job market demands to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to both clients and candidates.
  6. Negotiation and Offer Management: Seal the deal! Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Manage the offer process from start to finish, providing support and guidance every step of the way.
  7. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of best practices in recruitment, sales, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
