Job summary

NVK GLOBAL TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore. You will proactively source opportunities, engage clients to understand hiring needs, and negotiate terms while presenting top candidates.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, manage expectations, and help drive sales targets. A diploma or degree in Business/HR is preferred, with a commission-based income structure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, HR or related field.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Comfortable with a commission-based income structure.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and resilient under pressure.
• Interest in sales, recruitment and client engagement with a never-say-die work ethic.
• CEI certification where required for the work undertaken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player capable of working across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new job placement and business opportunities through telemarketing, social media outreach, networking, and other channels.
• Engage with clients to understand recruitment needs, hiring requirements, and business objectives.
• Negotiate recruitment terms, service agreements, and placement conditions with clients.
• Source, screen, and present suitable candidates using multiple platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, databases).
• Evaluate candidate experience and qualifications; manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief both clients and candidates on feedback.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure achievement of company objectives and sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
