We are seeking a passionate and results-driven 360-Degree Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact on businesses and careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
    Negotiate terms of business agreements and contracts with clients.
  2. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management:
    Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
    Match candidates to suitable roles based on their skills, experience, and aspirations.
    Provide career advice to candidates and prepare them for interviews.
  3. End-to-End Recruitment Cycle:
    Manage the full recruitment process, including role briefings, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
    Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  4. Market Research & Business Development:
    Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to offer strategic recruitment advice.
    Identify opportunities for new business development and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

  1. CEI-Basic
  2. Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or client relationship management (experience as a 360-degree consultant is a plus).
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  4. Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and KPIs.
  5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  6. Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and job boards.
  7. A proactive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle challenges effectively.

We offer basic + uncapped commission + quarterly performance bonus.
