Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Account Management & Candidate Sourcing

Location: Singapore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant who excels in managing client accounts and sourcing high-quality candidates. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met with precision and speed, while continuously building a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.

  • Understand clients’ hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture.

  • Provide consultative advice on hiring strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders through regular check-ins and performance reviews.

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent delivery and communication.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and direct headhunting.

  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate experience, technical skills, and cultural fit.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pools for recurring and future hiring needs.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.

  • Keep accurate records and progress updates via the CRM/ATS.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment.

  • Strong track record in account management and/or client servicing.

  • Experienced in Technical and Commercial roles.

  • Skilled in proactive sourcing and headhunting across various platforms.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment software.
