We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. You will play a critical role in connecting talented candidates with leading organizations in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various sectors.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Provide career advice and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the SEA region.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and one or more Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
