Deliver Talent Solutions Across Dynamic Industries
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Octomate Staffing, you will manage your own client portfolio and lead staffing efforts for contract and junior-level hires. Through the Octomate programme, you’ll also help shape operational recruitment best practices and support team development.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage 360 recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, placement, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and talent pipelines.
  • Lead high-volume hiring campaigns and project coordination.
  • Mentor junior team members and support operational improvement.
  • Track KPIs and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in contract/temp placements is an advantage.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven.
