Job description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the fast growing team and business in the recruitment sector! The selected individual will work closely with the team leader and the founders of the company in the daily activities. A fun and flexible working environment for sure! The selected individual will be working within the sales function of our recruitment business, working on both client acquisition and candidates search for our partners in the Services, Construction, Logistics, F&B, Engineering industry and more!

Job Responsibilities-

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment matters
• Search/engage with potential candidates and advise candidates on available roles
• Profile candidates accordingly and present to clients
• Facilitate interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Candidate management work / sales operations work
• Identifying and pitching to clients in identified sectors
• Identify and work with clients to understand their talent needs

Key Requirements-

• Possess minimum Diploma or 1 year of similar recruitment experience
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
