Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm

Working Location: Middle Road

Job Description:

1. Responsible for account management
2. Liaising and managing the business relationship between clients and candidates
3. Cold calling and business development activities to connect with new clients to establish relationships
4. Business development through sourcing for new clients and developing long term relationships with potential candidates
5. Conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
6. Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
7. Achieving and hitting sales targets

Job Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
2. Experience working in a sales or business development role is an added advantage
3. Energetic, resourceful and initiative
4. Great team players
