Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Job ID: 17133)

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients, providing comprehensive recruitment support
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure repeat assignments from current clients
• Understand clients’ business and recruitment needs
• Source, shortlist, and select suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements
• Create candidate profiles to propose to clients for consideration
• Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage expectations
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates
• Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
• Negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
• Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with clients and candidates
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and sales-focused with good follow-up skills
• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience handling both client and candidate sides
• Achieve sales targets as assigned
• High energy level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional business manner to communicate with management-level individuals
• Business-level English proficiency for liaising with English-speaking clients
• CEI certification is advantageous
