Job Description

The objective of this role is to lead the recruitment team in identifying new business opportunities for Visi Recruitment Firm. This includes exploring new markets, forming partnerships with clients and service providers, and developing innovative ways to reach existing markets, all aimed at marketing and presenting Visi's recruitment and human resource services to generate revenue.

About the role:

  1. Conduct business development through cold calling and door-to-door sales to prospect for new clients.
  2. Source and screen suitable candidates to match with job positions.
  3. Aim to increase placements month over month.
  4. Develop opportunities in target and new markets.
  5. Nurture and maintain relationships with new and prospective clients.
  6. Attend meetings with clients and represent Visi professionally.
  7. Participate in industry networking events.
  8. Provide specialist advice on recruitment and HR matters to new clients.
  9. Collaborate with the recruitment team on business development activities and negotiations, ensuring successful client acquisition, smooth handovers, quality service delivery, and achievement of performance goals.
  10. Propose process improvements and new strategies to generate and sustain business.
  11. Report business activities to the Chief Business Development Director.

About you:

  • An experienced Sales/Business Development professional with at least 1 year of experience in the recruitment industry.
  • Preferably CEI certified.
  • Demonstrated success in closing sales deals and possessing a network of industry contacts.
  • Leadership experience in team management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined.
