Gravitas Recruitment Group is expanding its Singapore office and seeking ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultants to support contract recruitment teams. The role welcomes recruiters from Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Professional Services, and other markets.

You will source candidates, engage clients, and drive business development in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in 180 or 270 model.
• Current contract recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Experience recruiting in either technical or non-technical markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with a sales-oriented approach.
• Resilient, ambitious and results-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage and qualify talent via networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage contract recruitment processes from brief to placement and onboarding.
• Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to desk growth.
• Develop a strong understanding of your market, including hiring trends and competitor activity.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate management: Source, engage, and qualify talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and market mapping activities.
• Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Contract recruitment delivery: Manage contract recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful placement and onboarding.
• Business development: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the growth of your desk and team.
• Market expertise: Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market, including hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor activity.
• Relationship building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Requirements
