Job description

We are expanding our business and looking for a Recruitment Consultant. This is not an HR role, but this role will be more suitable for someone who is sales-driven.

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary: Up to $2700 - $3200

Job Description:

1. Handle full recruitment cycle
2. Pre-screening/interviewing shortlisting of candidates according to clients' requirements
3. Manage clients and candidates' expectations
4. Conduct and document feedback/debrief with candidates and clients after interviews
5. Identify new business opportunities
6. Maintain strong rapport with existing clients

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Attained CEI certification as required by MOM
3. Singapore citizen or PR holder.
4. Sales-driven and possess a strong interest in the recruitment industry
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong team player
