About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the GMP Group HQ team. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent to support the strategic growth of our client organisations across Singapore.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job specification to offer negotiation and onboarding for a variety of roles and industries

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and hiring requirements

  • Proactively source and screen high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and skills assessments to identify the best-fit candidates

  • Provide timely, professional and transparent communication to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment CRM system

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a recruiter, ideally within the human resources and recruitment industry

  • Strong track record of sourcing, screening and placing high-quality candidates in permanent and contract roles

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, trends and legislation

  • Proactive, driven and commercially-minded with a consultative approach

  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and CRM systems
