What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions

  • Conduct targeted searches to identify and engage potential candidates

  • Assess candidate suitability through interviews and screening processes using proven methodologies

  • Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract top talent

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic use of internal databases, industry networks, and external resources

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and candidates at all levels

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset

  • Creative thinker who can challenge conventional approaches and deliver innovative solutions

  • Prior experience in external recruitment.

  • Proven sales track record.
