We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional to be part of our dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
JOB SCOPES:
- Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Support the administration and updating of employee benefits and training programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR-related matters.
- Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure timely enrollment and administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
- Conduct and document exit interviews.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Effective oral and written communication skills, General knowledge of various employment laws and practices., Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment., Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
