Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work with the Office Manager to create job descriptions and understand hiring needs.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct phone interviews with candidates.
Update the recruitment database and prepare CVs for client submissions.
Assist with candidate selection, offer letters, and negotiations (if needed).
Track recruitment metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Support HR-related projects as required.
Qualifications:
Professional, student, Poly, or ITE graduate.
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or employee relations.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
