Job description

This role will be located in Singapore, working on-site at our office located at Expo (DT35/CG1) fully sheltered from the MRT.

Job Purpose

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, identifying, and securing top talent to support the growth of our business across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building a strong candidate pipeline, and supporting hiring managers in making quality hires. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for talent acquisition in a dynamic, fast-paced regional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, for roles across multiple countries within the region.

  • Leverage a variety of sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting) to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

  • Manage job postings across various platforms and ensure requisitions are accurately represented and up to date on ATS and job boards (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, MyCareersFuture etc).

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and align on candidate profiles.

  • Provide coaching and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from intake meetings through to offer negotiations.

  • Facilitate feedback and alignment discussions following interviews to ensure an efficient and fair selection process.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Represent the company professionally at university job fairs, career expos, and other outreach events to promote our employer brand.

  • Manage the company’s recruitment presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and ensure consistent and compelling candidate engagement.

Offer & Onboarding Support

  • Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with HR and hiring managers.

  • Support onboarding processes in collaboration with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth candidate transition into the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR specialization preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a regional or multi-country context.

  • Prior experience in the technology, electronics, or semiconductor industry is a strong advantage.

Key Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, local job boards).

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage workflows and reporting.

  • Solid understanding of regional employment laws and hiring practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.

Language & Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is required to liaise with stakeholders and candidates located in Taiwan.
