Job description

We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist with a strong background to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance with local regulations while supporting our broader goals of diversity, inclusion, and scalable talent acquisition.


You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Recruiting, Immigration, and People Operations to post jobs, review applications, build future talent pipelines, and promote initiatives that attract high-quality talent at scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the People team to stay informed on current and upcoming hiring needs across the business.
  • Advertise and manage job postings on government job boards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Screen resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet minimum qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking, including timely status updates and ensuring data integrity.
  • Develop regular reports and analyses on job applications to support recruiting strategy and compliance efforts.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and audits in collaboration with external vendors and internal teams.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring pipeline.
  • Contribute to special projects that help evolve and scale our recruiting operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in recruiting operations (resume screening, interviewing, etc.).
  • 1 year in process improvement and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in daily operations.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve issues independently.
  • Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience handling large volumes of job applications in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
