Your Profile
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated personnel to join our team at all levels to continue expanding our Executive Search services. You shall possess a Degree or tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years of working experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment is highly desirable.

The Role
You shall work closely with the Directors and other team members of the division from execution of recruiting strategy and operations, candidate sourcing & acquisition, establishing client relationships to prospecting for jobs and overseeing the end-to-end placement process. Our team will provide a focused training programme in building up your effective communication, interpersonal and management skills, as well as professional knowledge within the function you are responsible for.
