Recruiter (Malaysia)

We're looking for a motivated and people-centric recruiter to join our team and help us grow by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. Whether you’re a seasoned recruiter or someone passionate about connecting people with opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
3. Post job ads on relevant platforms and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
4. Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
5. Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
6. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on hiring metrics.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently.
4. Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.
5. Passionate about people and driven to find the right fit for every role.
6. Bonus: Experience recruiting in engineering or manufacturing sectors.
