Minimum qualifications:- 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
- 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:- 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- 1 year of experience short-listing applicants and negotiating compensation packages.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and another local Southeast Asian language (e.g., Vietnamese, Indonesian Bahasa) to interact with regional partners across Southeast Asia.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, initiative, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities
- Support applicant assessments and identify team alignment based on organizational and role profiles.
- Evaluate applicant skills and client needs, screen candidates, and manage interview processes.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop recruitment solutions.
- Manage headcount for cross-project groups, track and influence headcount allocation, and assist with requisition prioritization.
- Develop and implement recruiting initiatives to meet hiring goals, influencing hiring strategies.
