Job Description:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between great job seekers and companies that need great talent.

You will help find employers who need new employees, schedule interviews, and ultimately foster and maintain relationships with employers. You will also assist in identifying new business opportunities and work closely with hiring managers across a variety of industries.

If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are results-oriented, this role is perfect for you.

Responsible for handling the employer-to-candidate recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, screening, recruiting and onboarding processes)

Work with employers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions

Build long-term relationships with employers and candidates

Identify new business opportunities and market recruitment services to potential employers

Work closely with team members to share insights, collaborate, and achieve team goals

We are looking for:

Must have CEI license and agency experience, able to work independently

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only

Able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment; proactive, and perform well under pressure

Able to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
