A leading company in Singapore is seeking a General Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and enhance the employer brand. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 2 years of recruitment experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to streamline recruitment, source candidates, and analyze metrics for continuous improvement.
We’re seeking a General Recruiter—also known as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant—to own full-cycle recruitment, build robust talent pipelines, and elevate our employer brand across the organization.
Location: Central Plaza (nearest MRT: Tiong Bahru)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500/month
Start Date: Immediate
Employment: Full-time
Job Scope:
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, success criteria and hiring timelines
• Source candidates using job boards, employee referrals, Boolean search and talent communities
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews and assess fit against skills, culture and competency requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules, debrief stakeholders and manage candidate communications for a seamless experience
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and generate regular reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience—generalist exposure across functions preferred
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools (Boolean search)
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment KPIs
