Recruiter, Up $4.5K

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Work Location: Near to Stadium MRT

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9.00AM - 6.30PM)

Job Description: We're seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis to support our hiring initiatives and employer branding efforts. The role involves full-cycle recruitment and collaborating with our Brand & Marketing division to enhance our employer value proposition.

Recruitment

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process
  • Developing and maintaining talent pools through various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks
  • Supporting hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Employer Branding & Events

  • Collaboration with the Brand & Marketing division to develop and implement employer branding strategies and campaigns, support in creation of compelling content for recruitment marketing materials and social media platforms to showcase company culture and attract talents
  • Support in planning and execution of career fairs, including logistics management, booth setup, and candidate engagement
  • Representing the company at recruitment events and building relationships with potential candidates

Other duties / ad hoc projects when assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Event management experience, particularly in career fairs and recruitment events
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to employer branding initiatives
