Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for technical roles across multiple industries like Banking, FS, Public Sector, and Insurance (a plus)
• Leverage various sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques to identify and engage top tech talent across different levels and specialties
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring goals and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Partner with international teams across the region to share insights, best practices, and global recruitment strategies
• Follow and refine operational processes to ensure a consistent, scalable recruitment experience and deliver exceptional results
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels, ensuring clarity and influence in interactions with candidates and stakeholders
• Manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a candidate-centric approach

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience in consulting or similar fast-paced, technology-driven environments
• A proactive go-getter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative team setting but can also drive efforts autonomously
• An analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities
