Our team delivers seamless IT experiences and supports every employee at Sea by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems.

As a recruiter of the Corporate IT team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle here. Like us, you have strong ownership in recruitment, are passionate about finding top IT talents, and strive to bring a good interview experience to candidates.

Job Description
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, and maintain social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates.
  • Stay current with industry hiring trends and talent market insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database for new and future hires.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand specific hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports on sourcing success, time-to-hire, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events, and enhance employer branding.
  • Support in tasks and projects for other HR verticals.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on talent sourcing, market research, and talent mapping.
  • Passionate about people and culture, with a strong service attitude.
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the internet industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is a plus for liaising with different stakeholders.
