We are a dynamic and growth-oriented financial advisory group representing Great Eastern, one of Singapore’s most established and trusted insurance providers. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and people-driven Recruiter & Engagement Executive to help us build the next generation of financial advisors and support our outreach initiatives.
As a Recruiter, your role goes beyond sourcing talent — you’ll be the bridge between our brand and the people we want to attract. You will also play a key part in planning and executing engagement events that bring our community closer together.
Recruitment Responsibilities
Identify, source, and attract potential financial advisor candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and outreach
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on team culture, licensing requirements, and long-term fit
Coordinate onboarding processes in partnership with our licensing and compliance team
Maintain and manage a candidate database for ongoing talent pipelining
Event & Engagement Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and host recruitment and engagement events (e.g. info sessions, career talks, networking mixers, lifestyle workshops)
Represent the group at roadshows, fairs, and community engagement initiatives
Work closely with marketing to ensure events have the right visibility and messaging
Track event performance and attendee conversion for follow-ups
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (insurance/finance experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy talking to people and building relationships
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple outreach pipelines and event schedules
Ability to work both independently and in coordination with directors and team leaders
Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings when events are scheduled
