Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a warehouse operations professional in Singapore to support storage and logistics services for global customers. The role focuses on stock handling, inbound/outbound processes, and forklift-assisted tasks across the facility.

You will retrieve, store, and stock-take boxes, coordinate with delivery drivers, and ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound documentation. Flexibility for shifts and working at heights is required.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is an added advantage.

• Flexible to do shifts and move around within facilities.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve boxes from the rack location.
• Put away boxes in their designated rack location.
• Perform stocktaking.
• Receive incoming inbound.
• Prepare outbound goods and hand them over to delivery drivers.
• Prepare and check inbound/outbound boxes/documents.
• Handle tasks in the loading/unloading area using forklifts and jack pallets.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Team Leader from time to time.
