The Opportunity

• Working opportunity in a leading Logistic Company
• Basic salary is up to $2,600
• Location: Changi & Chinatown
• 5 days per week (rotating shift)

The Talent

• Previous Customer service / receptionist / retail experience is advantageous
• Min Diploma/GCE A level in any discipline

The Job

• Greet and assist visitors, delivery personnel, and vendors with professionalism.
• Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and services.
• Perform daily inventory checks, ensure items are correctly placed, and update inventory logs accurately for each shift.
• Manage incoming packages, inspect for quality, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Communicate service benefits persuasively to potential clients and contribute to marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales.
