What to expect:- Providecustomer service, course administration and logistics supportfor courses, assessments, events, etc.
- Attend to phone calls, email and walk-in enquiries.
- Manage course enrolment applications and enquiries from learners and organisations.
- Assist with admissions byprocessing and screening applications.
- Office managemente.g., Assist with room bookings
- Prepare reportssuch as income and expenditure statements, performance reports, funding reports, space utilisation, etc.
- Follow-up on invoices, outstanding payments, refunds, appeals/waivers, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

Who we are looking for:- Possesses minimum aDiploma with 2 years of experience in Training Administration.
- Meticulous and customer-oriented individual with problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
