As the first point of contact, our Receptionist & Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth front-desk operations and supporting the operations team in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier arrangements, and document distribution.
  • Perform general administrative support (scanning, filing, data entry).

Operations Support

  • Assist the operations team with client document preparation and submission.
  • Ensure proper documentation is collected, checked, and filed in an orderly manner.
  • Help with tracking deadlines and follow up with clients for outstanding items.
  • Liaise with government or partner portals to upload, submit, or retrieve documents when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all handling of client-related materials.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or admin support role preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
