Job Details:
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Location: Harbourfront or Kent Ridge (rotating)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm /8.00 - 5.00pm (based on schedule)
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality customer service to all guests and staff
Greet and receive visitors upon arrival, ensuring they are directed appropriately
Provide refreshments for guests and maintain a welcoming reception area
Guide visitors to the waiting area or escort them to specific locations as needed
Notify relevant personnel of guest arrivals via Microsoft Teams
Maintain a clean and organized reception area in compliance with office procedures and safety regulations
Monitor and replenish stock levels for stationery, pantry supplies, and sundry items
Keep storerooms and stationery cupboards clean and well-organized
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance service providers to ensure a well-maintained office environment
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including answering and directing phone calls professionally
Manage import and export of parcels, and liaise with courier personnel for stakeholder-related inquiries
Schedule courier pickups using PowerApps
Prepare and issue welcome packs for new joiners
Oversee locker assignment and management
Collect, sort, and distribute mail from the mailbox on a weekly basis
Provide support for a range of general administrative tasks
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Well-groomed with a friendly, professional demeanor
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
